Every Static Coastal item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and packed before it's shipped.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Because all products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.

Each product includes a detailed size guide to help you find the best fit. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering.

Our garments are designed for a relaxed, comfortable fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page, as sizing may vary slightly between styles.
To keep your apparel looking its best:
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Use a gentle cycle with similar colours.
- Avoid bleach.
- Do not tumble dry where possible.
- Do not iron directly over printed designs.
Following these care instructions will help extend the life of your garment.

As each item is made specifically for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll organise a replacement or refund.
If your tracking hasn't updated or your parcel appears delayed, please get in touch and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
